Do you require owners to have insurance for their suites

Yes, all units are required to be fully ensured at all times. Should the unit not have valid insurance, Del Rentals reserves the right to terminate our Management Agreement.

Please note that Condominium Corporation deductibles are unique per building and may change over time. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their coverage is adequate to corresponding building deductible amounts.
