Do tenants require content insurance

Yes, as a term of our lease agreement, all tenants are required to have active content insurance throughout the terms of their tenancy.

• Tenants are required to provide a copy of their insurance to Del Rentals at the beginning of tenancy, and subsequently upon renewal
• Should Del Rentals not receive confirmation of insurance renewal, Del Rentals reserves the right to pursue the tenant for this proof and will act to terminate the tenancy should they fail to provide this documentation.
