When can I expect to receive my renewal notice?

Our office will send you a renewal notice ( Renewal Package)  90 days before your lease anniversary date. Should we not hear from you, your lease will automatically turn month-to-month at the end of your current term. 

The renewal letter includes:

1. Renewal letter 

You are provided two options to renew your lease.

Option 1:  Request to extend for 1 more year (Please note that once requested by the tenant, the landlord must also approve a one year extension)

Option 2: Continue the least on Month to Month basis.

2. Rent Increase ( N1/ N2 Form) 

3. Pre-Authorization Payment Form- if there are changes to your Account

3. Tenant Insurance Application if you wish to use our offered Insurance Provided 

**Important Note regarding 1 year extensions**
As noted above, a one-year extension must also be approved by the owner. Unless you receive written approval from Del Condominium Rentals that your request is approved, your lease will continue month-to-month
