When do we receive our key deposit refund?

When the tenants vacate the suite and provide all the keys, the typical refund time is 30/60 days, provided we have on file your new address to send your refund cheque.

The reason why key deposits are not returned:

It could be due to the following reason: 

1. If a tenant loses the keys or fails to return them at the end of the tenancy, the landlord may need to pay for a new key and fob replacement, which can be expensive.
2. We don't have your current address to forward the refund cheque.
3. It must have been sent, but the address provided is wrong.
