How do I pay my monthly rent?

Rental payment is due every 1st of the month.

Our recommendation is via pre-authorization payments(PAP), we offer tenants the option to set up automatic payments through their bank account. This is a convenient and reliable option.

However, we also accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, certified cheque or money order.
