My lease is month-to-month. How should I give notice to move out?

You must give your landlord at least 60 days' notice, and your termination date must be the last day of a rental period. Typically, this is the last day of the month. 

If a tenant wishes to end their tenancy, they can give their landlord ( Del Condominium Rentals Inc) a fully signed (all Tenant)  N9: Tenant’s Notice to End the Tenancy. Please find the attached N9 form attached to this article. Kindly send the completed form back to us to begin this process.
