The locker should have been left unlocked by the previous tenant. To secure the locker, simply purchase a padlock - easy!

If so, this is typically the common area key, facilitated by the Property Management Office. Any cost associated with the replacement we would be happy to reimburse.

For newer buildings, your fob should also provide you access to these areas.
