Policy for Del Condominium Rentals tenants regarding lost fobs and keys. Please note that cost associated with lost keys are the responsibility of the party who misplaced the key.
- If the tenant loses the key to the suite entrance main door lock, they must obtain the key code from our Home Services Department so we may organize a new key through the building's authorized locksmith company, CityWide Locksmiths Ltd. Should you need a new key, kindly raise a work order via your tenant portal at http://app.delrentals.com.
- If the tenant loses the key to the mailbox lock, the entire lock must be replaced as duplicating the keys for this lock is not possible. Should you need a new key, kindly raise a work order via your tenant portal at http://app.delrentals.com.
- If the tenant loses the fob, they must contact our Home Services Department for authorization to purchase a replacement on the owner's behalf. Should you need a new fob, kindly raise a work order via your tenant portal at http://app.delrentals.com.
Payment can be made using the following methods:
- Credit/debit card payment.
- Cash payment.
- Cheque deposit, payable to the building management, mentioning the management's company name and the condo corporation number.
In each scenario, the tenant must fill out the forms provided by the building's security team and make the payment accordingly.
