1. If the tenant loses the key to the suite entrance main door lock, they must obtain the
key code from Home Services in order to order a new key through the building's
authorized locksmith company, City Wide Locksmiths Ltd. Home Services must
authorize the purchase on the owner's behalf.
2. If the tenant loses the key to the mailbox lock, the entire lock must be replaced as
duplicating the keys for this lock is difficult. The replacement must be done by the
building's authorized locksmith company, and Home Services must authorize the
purchase on the owner's behalf.
3. If the tenant loses the fob, they must contact Home Services for authorization to
purchase a replacement on the owner's behalf.
If any of the above items are lost, the tenant will be held accountable and must pay for the
replacement through one of the following methods:
1. Credit/debit card payment.
2. Cash payment.
3. Cheque deposit, payable to the building management, mentioning the management's
company name and the condo corporation number.
In each scenario, the tenant must fill out the forms provided by the building's security team
