Cancellation Policy for Trades, Service Calls & Restorations

Service Call:

Once a service call is booked the following cancellation policy is in place.

1. 48 hours prior to service call - $99.00 booking fee is charged upon cancellation.
2. Same Day cancellation or No-Show Charge – The full rate for the service call is charged (2 hour minimum call time at the standard rate for the trade scheduled)

Move out Inspection and Restoration:

Cancellation Fees are in place for a longer timeline for Move out Inspections and Restorations due to the timing and preparation that starts at prior to the month of move out.

1. Cancellation within the month prior to move out: NO Cancellation charge.
2. Cancellation within the month of move out to 2 weeks prior to inspection date: $50 Cancellation Charge
3. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the stated move out date: $99 Cancellation Charge
4. Cancellation on day of move-out: Full Cancellation of the move out inspection fee - $185.
